All nuts and seeds used in their butters are dry roasted (no oil
roasting) and do not contain added salt, sugar or saturated/tropical
fats.

Nut and seed butters are high in protein and fiber and are a good
source of vitamins, and minerals (magnesium, calcium, zinc, selenium,
copper, potassium, and iron).

It is generally recognized that we need fats in our diet. Nuts and
